The Toy is located far back into the hole behind the zombie. Fight your way past the three Adult G Monsters and climb up onto solid ground, then look for an Ivy Zombie in front of a hole in the wall. Raccoon Toy is located at end of the Lower Waterway on the path leading up to the Control Room - you'll need to take the path using the Workman's Lift to get here. Two other toys can be found in the Sewers - each are found on a different route you can take: The Upper Waterway path or the Lower Waterway path. Once you enter the catwalk above the Machinery Room, head through the control room full of zombies and down the stairs to the next catwalk. Raccoon Toy is found in the Underground Facility. Raccoon Toy is located just after starting the story - you can find this one in the Kendo Gun Shop, located on top of a shelf in the corner of the store between two target posters.
